Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Mash the Bananas: In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. A few small chunks are fine, but the smoother the better.
- Whisk the Eggs: Crack the eggs into the bowl with the mashed bananas and whisk until well combined.
