Beetroot Salad
Ingredients:
• 2 boiled and chopped beetroots
• ¼ cup sliced red onion
• Juice of one lemon
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• A pinch of salt and cumin
Instructions:
Mix everything together and let it sit for a while before serving.
